READing Paws Program at the Library

Did you know that early readers can go to the Casselberry or Oviedo branches of the Seminole County Library to practice their reading with a READing Paws dog? Trained therapy dogs and their handlers provide a low stress, non-threatening environment for hesitant readers to practice their skills.

Call or stop by to make an appointment for a 15-minute reading session at one of the following locations:

  • Central Branch Library (Casselberry) 407-665-1500
  • East Branch Library (Oviedo) 407-665-1560
  • West Branch Library (Wekiva/Longwood) 407-665-1670

Check out all of the exciting and free programs for kids at the Seminole County Libraries here.
