Mommy & Me Workout Programs in Orlando – Let’s Get Sweaty!

As parents, we understand the preciousness of free time – juggling activities, feedings, and everything in between. Luckily, these fitness classes across Central Florida are designed so you can bring children with you. It’s a win/win: You get a much-needed sweat sesh while the littles are engaged and may have a chance to move their bodies too. 🏋️‍♀️👶

🦩 Flock Fitness: Feel good, make friends, and have a blast at Mom Flock Boot Camp! Cardio, strength training, and fun – all in just one hour. Held at local parks in Winter Park and Maitland, these workouts encourage you to bring your children along. They can hang out in their strollers, play on a blanket, or even join in on the action!
