Lake Nona Performance Club Now Open

Scale ROX Climbing Gym’s 43-foot climbing and bouldering wall! It’s the region’s tallest leading rock-climbing wall with options for all skill levels featuring more than 6,000 square feet of rock-climbing terrain with 165 linear feet of bouldering. Group classes, one-on-one lessons, youth classes and camps are also be available.

Swim laps at the Aquatics Center featuring four different pools – a family pool, therapy pool, lap pool, and whirlpool – facilitating everything from injury rehabilitation to family classes and group exercise.

Blend mindfulness with movement in the Chopra Mind-Body Zone and Spa that offers classes like Sound Healing, Candlelight Yoga and Mediation. Unique mind-body assessments based in Ayurveda, one of the world’s oldest holistic healing systems, are also available.
