- 1 apple, cored, cut into 4 rounds
- ¼ cup peanut butter*
- ¼ cup granola
- 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
- Spread apple rings with peanut butter and top with granola, coconut and chocolate chips.
* For those with nut allergies, peanut butter can be substituted with
a sun butter, coconut butter or other peanut butter substitute.
