Watermelon Lemonade
You might never go back to traditional lemonade after tasting this delicious drink! Makes about 5 cups.

• 1/2 cup lemon juice
• 2 1/2 cups water
• 2/3 cups agave syrup
• 2 cups watermelon chunks

• Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve over ice.

Watermelon Sundaes
This healthy version introduces watermelon in place of the ice cream — a healthy, refreshing twist on a favorite treat!

• 8 ice cream cones (your choice of flavor)
• 8 tablespoons pineapple cream cheese frosting
• 1/2 cup dried craisins
• 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
• 8 ice cream scoops of seedless watermelon

• Pipe a tablespoon of the frosting into the bottom of each cone. Divide the craisins and sprinkle over the frosting. Top with the yogurt. Place an ice cream scoop of watermelon on top of each cone and serve. You may choose to add additional toppings: sprinkles, pineapple chunks, chocolate chips or coconut flakes!

Watermelon Flag Kebobs
Let your American flag fly with pride with these fruity kebobs. Easy fun the whole family can help create!

• One seedless watermelon, cut into 1″ cubes
• 1 package fresh, washed blackberries
• 1 angel food cake, cut into 1″ cubes (white part only)
• 12 wooden skewers
• Various dips (melted chocolate, peanut butter, cream cheese frosting)

• Thread 5 blackberries on 5 skewers, followed by alternating cake and watermelon cubes. On the other skewers, alternate watermelon and cake, so that the first and last cubes are both watermelon. The fruit and cake will create stripes when lined properly. Serve with red, white and blue yogurt dips.
